Storm Shelter  

There is a storm shelter located at the City Offices at 531 Main Street.

Electric and Water Utilities - City of Seneca

Service - For electric and water service, contact City Hall during regular business hours.  Required deposits include a $50 meter deposit plus a deposit equal to the estimated billing amount for one month of service.  Photo ID required for service hook-up.

Payment - Utility bills may be remitted in person or by mail to P.O. Box 40, Seneca, KS  66538.  A drop box is located at City Hall for payment after business hours.

Power Outages - To report a power outage during business hours, call 785-336-2747.  If you experience power problems outside of normal business hours, contact the dispatcher at 785-336-2141.
